Obviously the cost depends on the complexity of your roof and the length of your guttering (this affects how much time we spend on site) and also the height of your building which affects the type of access equipment needed to satisfy health and safety considerations. By filling in the calculator below you get an instant roofline maintenance estimate based on your individual needs.

Firstly please think about the plan shape of your house. Is it 'I' shaped (a single straight line like a terraced house) or 'U' shaped with a 'wing' at each end or 'L' shaped like many popular bungalows. Please choose the nearest letter shape you can find.

Now how tall in stories is the property? Do not count the loft even if you have a loft conversion.

If your property is more than four stories we will need to survey the job before quoting since special access equipment is probably required. Please contact us to book a survey.

Finally estimate the total run in metres of the guttering. For example a small terraced property will be between 5 metres or so wide and have guttering front and rear giving ten metres of gutter. A typical L shaped bungalow with guttering on four walls may have 22 metres of guttering and so on.
