I thought you did an excellent job on the new roof that you put on my house in Leamington Spa in October 2007. Your quote was competitive but more importantly you devoted yourselves entirely to the job, arriving each day in good time and keeping me informed throughout of developments. The roof seems now in great condition and the site was left extremely neat and tidy. You and your work mates seemed very knowledgeable about the whole job,were unobtrusive and polite throughout and I really believe that you pride yourselves on doing a throughly professional job. I would be more than happy to recommend Tyler and Sons. They are a very likeable and professional team. We were kept up-to-date by email and phone as to a possible start date for works as this was hindered by an unprecedented spell of bad weather. However at the first opportunity work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. The area was so clean after removal and replacement of a flat roof that, had I not been home, it would have been difficult to tell they had even been there! I shall not hesitate to use their services again in the future whenever the need arises.

We would highly recommend Tyler and sons roofing for the following reasons.<1. A high standard of workmanship using the best and appropriate materials.<2. An honest explanation as to what was needed and what had been done.<3. A respect for their customers property, care taken to tidy up, an excellent and polite attitude.<4. Working around weather conditions to ensure the property was never left exposed in wet conditions.<5. A good use of the time allowed by the weather. The job was finished in good time.<6. Good communication and easily contactable. We never ever had the impression that they were on other works when they could have been at ours.<7. We would definitely use again but thanks to their hard work probably won't need to for very many years.We are happy to be contacted to confirm the above.

The work was done with little fuss - the idea of letting the customer see progress by posting photos on the web is brilliant. I was abroad on business during the whole time of the repair but could keep track on progress very easily. Very reassuring. Thanks !

They turned up when they said they would, to assess the work content and potential problems. They then followed up with their estimate. After given them the order to proceed, it was then just a wait for suitable weather, and a start date. All requested work was carried out in a professional manner, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.<

Tyler and Sons successfully carried out the replacement of worn out valleys, tiles and ridges to extend the life of our roof. The quote compared favourably to other local firms and importantly, Tyler and Sons were always prompt to respond and stuck to agreed dates.I was particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency with which Tyler and Sons reponded to my request to investigate a minor problem which arose after completion of the original works.

Thanks for you and your team's efforts on renewing what was a complex and very cramped roof. Unlike some other contractors who came and looked at the work (before disappearing!), you told me clearly what was required, gave a competitive quote and carried out the work when you said you would. The guys turned up when promised, worked hard and were friendly and efficient. When identifiying further work they prove what else needs to be done by digital photos so you know they are not simply out to rip you off.

We have used Tyler and Sons Roofing on several occasions now. They are very professional and experienced and we have always been very happy with their work.
