I was very pleased with the quality of the work done by Tyler and Sons. All work was completed within the time given, the site was regularly cleaned and swept and Mr. Tyler also came to check that all scaffolding was properly removed after work had been completed. The prices quoted by Mr. Tyler were very fair. We needed additional work done, and the estimate for this additional work was very reasonable. I can thoroughly recommend Tyler and Sons as a very good roofing company.

Having only lived in Leamington a relatively short time, we didn't know anyone who had used a roofer previously. We used Google to find Tyler and Sons, who took clear photos on the roof, which we thought was a brilliant idea.Both my husband and I spoke to Bernie about the quotes and the date of the work. He was pleasant and easy going, and made it quite simple to understand what was needed to be done.We were quoted a 1-2 day job, and we were extremely pleased they finished the work in a day. They were totally self sufficient (except a bit of electric), and got on with the work.What I found exceptional was the time they spent with our neighbour (who's garden they needed to access our roof). He was totally in awe of the efficiency, and tidiness of the guys on the job.Other neighbours on our street have also commented on what a fantastic job they've done.The work cost slightly more, but with the photos they took it was clear where the extra materials had gone and what a mess it was up there in the first place.We will certainly be using them again.

Tyler and Sons have done two pieces of work for us. They have replaced our flat felt roof with EPDM and also insulated our sloped roof and added ventilation to our loft.I am really pleased with the standard of the work. They are professional and courteous leaving the place very tidy and polite the whole time.The problem with damp in the loft was diagnosed well and was put down to poor insulation and ventilation (we feared the roof was leaking).They even bring their own tea and coffee!Bernie and his team come with our sincere recommendation!Originally added on Fri , January 30, 2009 by Clare Reynolds.

A fabulous service. Offered good advice and kept me updated with all aspects of the work as it progressed. Any extras that cropped up during the work were dealt with for a reasonable (extra) price. Would highly recommend Tyler & Sons and would definitely use them again.

I thought you did an excellent job on the new roof that you put on my house in Leamington Spa in October 2007. Your quote was competitive but more importantly you devoted yourselves entirely to the job, arriving each day in good time and keeping me informed throughout of developments. The roof seems now in great condition and the site was left extremely neat and tidy. You and your work mates seemed very knowledgeable about the whole job,were unobtrusive and polite throughout and I really believe that you pride yourselves on doing a throughly professional job.
